VOLUNTEER LIABILITY WAIVER I know that volunteering to work in the above named races can be a potentially dangerous activity. I assume all risks associated with my involvement in the races and pre- and post-race events including but not limited to falls, physical contact with participants, the effects of weather and exposure, the conditions of the course, transport in vehicles and other physical factors. Having read this waiver in its entirety, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Mid-Valley Lions Club, Albany Area Habitat for Humanity, Sparrow Clubs USA, affiliated organizations, and all sponsors and government entities, their representatives and successors, whether herein named or unnamed, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these activities whether or not that liability arises out of negligence or carelessness on my part or on the part of persons named or unnamed in this waiver.
