The 5.2 mile race is a loop course along rural roads with a significant elevation gain in the middle. The course runs along the base of a ridge and then switchbacks up the ridge before dropping briefly and then beginning a long gentle climb and moderate descent followed by a half mile flat finish. Road security provided. Water available at two points along the route.
This run is out-and-back along a scenic rural road with minor elevation changes. Runners will travel down Thornton Lake Road to the midway markers and refreshment station and return along the same route. Road security provided.
The walk course is a 2.5 mile loop with no significant elevation gain. Sidewalks or bike lanes are available throughout the course. Road security provided.
